Who We Are

FORGE is a 2–4 year Christian leadership and spiritual formation program for young adults who want to deepen their faith, discover their calling, and grow as leaders.

Through discipleship, mentoring, hands-on experience, and intentional training, Forge equips students to follow Jesus with confidence and serve Him wherever He leads.

Forge at a Glance

Four key components shape the Forge experience throughout the year:

Daily Formation

Students begin each day with teaching, discipleship, leadership development, prayer, and personal spiritual growth. This is the core of the Forge experience and provides the foundation for everything else.

Monday -  Thursday | 2 Hours each morning

Internships

Many students choose to spend part of their week serving alongside ministry leaders, churches, charities, and non-profit organizations. Internships provide practical experience and an opportunity to explore future calling and vocation.

College Courses

Flexible online degree

Through partnership with Southeastern University, students complete accredited online courses that are designed to fit alongside the discipleship, internships, and community life of Forge.

Trips & Conferences

Throughout the year, students participate in conferences, retreats, and mission trips. Some experiences focus on serving, while others provide opportunities for learning, worship, and personal growth.

At Forge, formation isn't confined to a classroom or a morning session.

  • We believe in a personal God who has revealed Himself as One. God exists in three persons–Father, Son and Holy Spirit–each distinct, yet all of One essence.

  • We believe in the accuracy, truth, authority, and power of the Holy Scriptures as the Word of God.

  • We believe Jesus Christ to be the virgin born Son of God who lived in flesh, died for the sins of the world, was buried, rose again, and ascended to the Father according to the Scriptures. We believe that the death of Jesus Christ was the final and complete sacrifice for the sins of humanity. 

  • We believe that life on earth is to be lived in the power of the Holy Spirit, who indwells believers, enabling them to live distinctive lives in the life and power of Christ, making famous the Father in heaven.

  • Created by and for God, we seek to passionately pursue an intimate relationship with God in response to His great love for us. 

  • Salvation is obtained by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. All who repent of their sins and receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, as is evidenced by the presence of the fruits of the Spirit as stated in Galatians 5:22-23, are born again into eternal life as children of God.

Forge is an unapologetically faith-based program. We are a non-denominational organization and therefore submit to the authority of the scriptures and not any one denomination. To learn more about the specifics of what we believe, read our Statement of Faith below.
